He has over 20 years of experience in high tech marketing and has been focused on sales force automation (SFA) and CRM since 2005. He is the author of the recently released SalesForce.Com Secrets of Success: Best Practices for Growth and Profitability, a book on best practices that gives guidance for both executives and worker-bees on how to get the most possible leverage out of their SFA system.
